  • "Building resilience with direct tools for self and others was a tremendous addition to the Trauma-Informed knowledge I have been exposed to at work. I am just full of hope and enthusiasm after every training I have taken with Doty and want to share the information with as many friends and family members who are willing to safely listen. Doty is a wonderful voice in the global dialogue of cultural shift towards more empathetic, regulated, and resilient communities."

  • "Our staff has been through TI training before. Doty's presentation was more passionate and clear, and connected additional dots within the trauma-informed approach and service delivery. More trainings from Doty on this subject will be invaluable to our organization and other service providers in the region. "

    Resilient Caregivers

Research into resilience shows us that nurturing relationships in early childhood are a key factor in overcoming adversity.

The quality and stability of these relationships in early years lay the foundation for healthy growth and development. Resilient Caregivers is offering education and support for caregivers as they foster safe, kind, relational environments for children. This education and support serve as prevention against future Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), a source of healing from past pain, and help for coping with current stressors. Includes group and peer-to-peer training.

DEI — Cultural Humility & Equity

A trauma-informed approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted inequities that have existed for generations. In the USA, we are experiencing the twin pandemics of systemic racism and COVID-19. This training brings a trauma-informed approach to equity and cultural humility. We will explore the impact of microaggressions and implicit bias. We will also consider the interconnected relationship between trauma, equity, and resilience.
